How do I place an order?

How far in advance do I need to book my order?
We would appreciate at least ONE week from your pickup date. Last minute orders are available upon request at an additional fee. If you are booking a wedding cake, we do ask you give us as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment during the busy wedding season.
How much do you charge for wedding cakes?
Wedding cakes are by quotation only. We highly recommend booking a consult and tasting so we can make sure we’re on the same page.
Do you offer tastings and consults?
YES we do! Contact us to book your consult.
Do you offer delivery?
YES we do! Delivery is based on location / distance and availability. We highly recommend delivery for 3 or more tiers.
Do you offer vegan or gluten free baking?
We are proud to offer vegan, gluten free and allergy conscious options, because everyone should enjoy the sweetness in life!
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
We require 50% deposit on all custom orders. For all occasion cakes, balance is due upon pickup. For wedding cakes, balance is required one week prior to event.
As for cancellations, We understand plans can change and we will gladly assist to the best of our ability, in making changes to your order date and time when possible. However, with cancellations, Sweet Avenue Bakery reserves the right to retain the non-refundable deposit.
Can I order items from the daily offerings menu for pickup in store?
YES! All our daily offerings are available everyday for walk-ins. For larger orders, please call ahead to avoid disappointment.
Do you offer cakes for pickup in your shop?
YES! We have a variety of 6″ cakes everyday starting at $35.00.
Do you offer faux cakes?
YES we do! Pricing depends on design and size. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Do you offer additional cake toppings?
Additional charges apply for flowers, figurines, toys and edible images.
